Terms and Conditions
We do not export animals.
All
orders for animals and/or products need to be placed over the
telephone.
To place an order from the East Bay Vivarium,
just give us a call at our retail store. We are open Monday through
Friday from 11 am till 7pm Pacific Standard Time and Saturday &
Sunday from 11 am till 6 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Please have payment information available
when placing an order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
U.S. Postal Money
Orders are also
accepted.
** For all orders
placed with payment via U.S. Postal Money Orders, the animals ordered
will be placed on a temporary hold awaiting payment. Payment
must be recieved within one
week of the date the animal
was first placed on hold, otherwise the animal will become
available for sale again. We request that all U.S. Postal Money
Orders be sent through U.S. Priority
Mail and that we be provided with a Tracking Number as a good faith
gesture for the animals that are on hold, reassuring us that payment
is on its way (payment can also
be sent Airborne Express, UPS, or FedEx as long as a tracking
number is provided to us).
