Please note we only ship animals on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and avoid shipping within two days of a postal holiday. This ensures that if there is a shipping exception, an animal does not spend more than one extra night in a box.

Guarantee and Return Policy
All animals at the East Bay Vivarium are
guaranteed to be 100% healthy upon shipping. There is no
guarantee of live arrival unless otherwise stated or unless the
animal is shipped via a service that guarantees live arrival, such
as Delta Dash (though we have a virtually perfect success record with other services, as well).
We will try to accomodate the unexpected. If there is a problem with
the animal, the East Bay Vivarium must be notified within 24 hours
of arrival. If there is a delivery exception (eg, no one is home) the East Bay Vivarium offers absolutely no guarantees and takes no responsibility for the condition of the animal. The customer
is responsible for the shipping of any and all replacement
All deposits are final and non-refundable and non-transferable under any condition, no exceptions.
All returned supplies or canceled order are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your item is defective, we can exchange it for an identical item in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
In the case of a returned product or animal, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
