Due to the high volume of e-mails we prioritize responding to questions pertaining to sales. If you have any
questions regarding care or husbandry you may call our retail store and we
will be happy to help you. We can be reached during business hours
at (510) 841-1400. Our hours are 11 am till 7 pm Monday to Friday and 11am
till 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday. We have friendly and knowledgable
employees on staff during all open business hours who will gladly answer
any questions you may have on our available animals. East Bay Vivarium can
